EXAMPLE:
Mr. & Mrs. Smith select a medium grade carpet that is $3.50/SF installed with cushion. Their 18'x18' great room qualifies them for a package pricing discount that brings the carpet down to $3.09/SF installed, saving them $144 on just this one room!
Mr. Smith thinks the carpet on the steps and upstairs hallway would look better if it matched the great room, so adding those areas brings their carpet price down to $3.03/SF installed for a savings of $277.
Mrs. Smith is also interested in getting her dining room carpet replaced. Adding that room brings the carpet price down to only $2.97/SF installed and saves $410.
To complete the look the Smith's decide to replace the worn out vinyl flooring in the foyer with a beautiful new hardwood.
